If the size does not fit or you simply changed your mind about the design, contact us within 14 days and we will exchange* it for you.
For returns or exchanges of items, you must contact and notify us at email@example.com or 90308807 within fourteen (14) days of receiving your order.
All return items must be in new, unworn, unused, original condition, and must include its original packaging and any additional content. Any product that has been washed or worn will not be eligible for return or exchange.
Buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs.
Your return will be reimbursed by Store Credit equivalent to the purchase value of the item if there is no suitable exchange available. Store Credit will be in the form of a voucher which can be used online or at our retail store with a validity period of 1 year.
*Exchange for Helmets only within seven (7) days of receiving your online order.
Helmets bought in store cannot be exchanged or refunded.
What's not returnable:
- Items not purchased at cyclistmess.com or a Cyclist Mess Store (e.g, a third-party reseller)
- Items with removed tags and missing their original packaging.
- Caps or Socks due to hygiene reasons
- Clearance items or items marked as SALE
- Customised Items
